Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

Death by Power Snatch (95/65)
On a Running Clock:
1 Power Snatch the first minute
2 Power Snatch the second minute
…until you fail to complete the Power Snatch on the corresponding minute

  1. So I just realized after I did back squat we needed to do box, and I did hang instead of power. So needles to say I need to re read things in the morning…
    I built to 160k on back squat, and finished the cleans in the 6th min with 4 reps doing 225

  2. Don’t have a box, so did Back Squat: 205, 225, 235, 245, 255, 265, 275

    Metcon: 6 Rounds + 2 (My snatch form is awful…)

    • on a side note, I never really tested my 1RM on backsquat, but while doing GSLP I reset at 240 and thats was 5 weeks ago, ive been strictly following the Mayhem programming for the last 4 weeks.. Looks like I have made some progress.
