9:45- did regular hspu instead of deficit
How far must the deficit be on the HSPU?
Some of the guys used the ballistic blocks, head to the ground. I used ballistic blocks with abmats for my head to touch underneath because I can’t go that low. I have also used plates with an abmat. I hope that helps.
