  1. I do not have a GHD as of yet (on order)…what would be a sub for 30 GHD sit-ups? I am assuming regular sit-ups, but just wanted to get your thoughts. Thanks

    • Bench – 3RM (225), 2RM (245), 1RM (250)

      MetCon – 9:27 (275#, 50 abmat sit-ups)

      Time to work harder and get these numbers up, and times down

  2. Bench Press: Couldn’t do it today because there was no one to spot me.
    Metcon: 5:44 @330lb (Again didn’t have anymore weight to do)

    WOD – 10:12
    -Started with 365#, deloaded to 325# after 5 reps in second round.
    -Subbed Sit-Ups for 15 Pullups

  4. haven’t done bench in a long time. It was pitiful.
    205 (used to be 335. ouch)
