  1. Hey Lauren quick question. When you guys do power clean like this for just one rep is it okay to do a squat clean because me and my brother talk about this all the time and we’re never sure if it’s okay or not, but we know that if we squat clean we can get more weight. Just a thought and thought I would ask lol

      I played football over the weekend and you just cannot train those types of muscles that use on the field. Stay strong.
