5min Fran and 320 for last set 5. Hope everyone else has a great workout and a greater day
7:54 first time ive done this. can’t kip pull ups properly so half kipped and broken.
115kg squat last set.
Fran: 2:34 25 sec PR
Back Squat: 275lb
Fran: 3:59 PR’d by 1:27
Back Squat: 295lb
Legs and shoulders were sore from 9/11 Tribute. PR tho
Fran 7:31 PR by 2 1/2 min.
However had Fran lunge for 20 min after thanks Rich!!

Squat: 185, 225, 265, 265, 265…probably played this too safe but didnt get home from daughters FH game and to the gym til after 9pm.
