  2. 7:54 first time ive done this. can’t kip pull ups properly so half kipped and broken.
    115kg squat last set.

    However had Fran lunge for 20 min after thanks Rich!!

    My legs were jello I don’t think I could have regular squatted

  5. Fran: 6:38…my watch must ave been way off last time or else i PR’d this by like NINE MINS!! hahaha

    Squat: 185, 225, 265, 265, 265…probably played this too safe but didnt get home from daughters FH game and to the gym til after 9pm.
