A tribute to all the victims of the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center in NYC. 2977 victims died that day. Included in that number are 411 emergency workers. We would like to say a prayer for the families and friends of all the victims on this day and remember those who died.

    Tough one but well worth it. Let’s you reflect on the 9/11 during the WOD and at the same time it truly motivates you to finish.

  2. Kept everyone who were victims and affected by Terrorism in mind during the WOD. Kept pushing the whole time. Subbed the Rowing and Run for 1.5 mile runs instead.

    No pull-up bar so just did burpees, and subbed 250lb tire flips for T2B, 135lb on thrusters and push jerks tho, and running before and after no rower, alot of subbing but at least I did it….thoughts and prayers out to families affected by 9/11/01

    Had to adjust some weights
    Thrusters and Push Jerks @115
    Power Cleans and Dead Lifts @185
    Don’t have a 2 pood, did 15 at 1.5 pood (biggest one we have).
    Did a 1.5 mile run because that how long our trail is.

    Run only…at home outside no rower

    35 inch truck tail gate for box jumps
    Had to do 135 on thrusters and push jerks
    Used 185 for pc and dl

    No 5 or 10 lb weights at home

    No excuses…
