    • Do you mean if you cannot do PHSPU, what to do instead? Or how to do PHSPU?
      To do PHSPU we set it up with two parallettes and a ab mat for your head.
      If you need scaling… deficit HSPU (off of plates or I used ballistic blocks). If not deficit, do regular HSPU. If you can’t do HSPU on the wall, do the modified style off the box.

      • Thank you Lauren, I know what should I do, actually I meant to ask what should I do PHSPU, of course, there are ways to replace is the best, because my condition here is very limited, would like to know what is the action that can replace and achieve the same effect.
