    Is the strength work to be done after the MetCon like it is written?

    15:05 as rx( had to do strict t2b today at pd headquarters. The rack wasn’t bolted to floor. Almost made a crash landing. I like Kipping better)

    Sub’d GHD sit ups since the class was on the pull up rig.
