So, for the AMRAP does this mean that if we finish the 10 push press in the first minute we have the rest of that minute to rest and same thing with the KB Swings?
Yes. Every odd minute do push press, every even minute do KB swings.

Used a 45 lb plate for KBS, college rec center doesn’t have kettlebells and I’m too broke to afford my own!
I guess the 10 rounds is Rxed lol
