  1. I have been following these workouts for about 5 weeks now and have heard that it is good from time to time to take a week off to rest your body. I was just wondering if any one does and about how often?

    • I would say a light week would be better than taking off completely. I usually have rest days anyway so I don’t take the light weeks that often, but when you feel like your performance is slipping, definitely look at your work/rest and or just lighten up. That is my opinion at least.

  2. sorry if this has been asked in previous workouts…but how is the percentage determined? 72.5 ..not 73 or 72 or 70 or 75 ?

  3. Off day in my regular programming but wanted to do something and my friend and I really like your programming so gave it a go.

man, dont ever be embarrassed if you did your best….Compete against yourself and your will. If you gave everything you had during the WOD, that is all you can do.

    • Thanks man. I do my best. I have only been doing crossfit for a couple months and before that I really didnt exercise much. I hit 40 this year and decided to turn it around. Bought a Rogue Rig, some bumpers, a rower and some other stuff and off I went…

  6. Still not able to squat heavy right now. I have been reading Kelly Starrett’s Becoming a Supple Leopard. It is really good.

Went back to perfecting the air squat with good midline stabilization. Feels much better. Still resting the knee at the moment

Muscle up Practice- I was able to do at least 15 MU never been able to do that many in a session before. Awesome
    Metcon
    10 Knees to Elbows
    8 95# Push presses
    3 rounds- Time 2:06

  8. Back Squat: 150# — back squat felt great, form is getting better and stronger day by day.

Metcon: 11:21; 95# PCs, pull ups, of the 50 about 40 were normal overhand pull ups, about 10 were chin ups to keep heart rate up.
