Not able to squat right now.
Did one leg deadlifts and scaled pistol and KB swings for reps each exercise
Forced rest day – stomach virus
17:08, (OHS are my kyptonite but I took it slow and really worked form and range of motion)
26″ box jumps 2 min:
Skill work: OHS w/ 45# bar
They are my achilles hill. I did, however, successfully complete my first few OHS — it is something I am practicing and getting use to. For the longest time I couldn’t do one, not I can do a few (at most), just gotta keep practicing!
OHS (used 12# bar for now)
