Start from the ground, then hang position, then high hang position. This is 1 rep.

    Does this mean do one snatch from the ground, then do one from the hang and then finally one from the high hang or do you mean to like just pause at each position and then just finish the snatch from the high hang?

    • 1 rep is starting from the ground, go directly to the hang, then directly to the high hang without putting the bar down.

  2. I went ahead and made it interesting with a snatch balance and 5 OHS at the end of each rep. That made it a little harder, but I need to work on my OHS more than my snatch. Not to say my snatch is strong, but I think my OHS is holding it back.

    Shooting for 5 rounds but didn’t hit the burpees in time

    Gym I was in had bad pull up set up. Could only do knees to elbows
