Anyone know of a sub for rope climbs? Don’t have one in the garage.
You can throw a towel over the bar and do towel pull ups. For four ascents, you can substitute eight towel pull ups.
Gym crowded made do. 45# squat 60 reps
Rope pull-ups 9 reps
Did 5×3 of front squat @225 & 255#
Did 10 min emom of squat clean 185
Did metcon RX’D 15:04
