I’m doing this as a traditional 3 rnd 21,15,9. Thoughts?

Snatch is at 165lb right?

5:33 snatch @ 155lbs
Clean and Jerk: 225lb, 240lb clean without jerk
Metcon: 8:46 rx’d with burpee over 5’6″ wall
Clean and Jerk: 240lb PR
Metcon: 4:46 Snatch @125lb Burpees over 5’6″ wall
Clean and jerk pr 205# (could have went up but globo gym can’t drop weight)
Continued with clean- Pr’d 215# (goal 225 by end of year)
135# snatch 5:42
235# PR clean and jerk, clean 240 but missed the jerk
135lb snatches 4:32
(14# mb, 135# snatch, burpees over bar)
C&J matched Pr
C&J 215. Got stuck in the hole at 225. New pr

does anyone know what the workout for today is?
Not sure. I practiced snatch balance and then did Fran…. Then puked
If I were to guess, it would probably be Close Grip Bench Press, 3 sets of 3-2-1 adding 5# to last weeks weight for strength. Then a short metcon, use your imagination for that part.
What i did today:
Strength – close grip bench, 3 sets 3-2-1
METCON – 4 rds for time
15 KB snatch at 2 pood
10 KB pistols (5 each leg)
