    • If I were to guess, it would probably be Close Grip Bench Press, 3 sets of 3-2-1 adding 5# to last weeks weight for strength. Then a short metcon, use your imagination for that part.

        Strength – close grip bench, 3 sets 3-2-1
        METCON – 4 rds for time
        15 KB snatch at 2 pood
        20 KtE
        10 KB pistols (5 each leg)
