Great workout, got the whole family involved! Front squats really killed me, tough getting down there that many times at 6’5″

24:20 rx. Brutal wod
Male / 25 / 170lbs – Just started really doing crossfit about 1.5 months ago, have my own “box” in my garage.
Front Squat: 135
Box Jump @ 24
Damn that sucked
Metcon: 27:44 @ 185 on front squats

it seemed like a fun WOD when I was reading it….then I started it and…..well, guess I’m very naive….
Conducted Front Squats at 110#. Need to work technique before I go heavy, but I can go heavier in the future. Felt good and comfortable in the front rack for the first time.
