I was going to take the day off because I haven’t taken one off for a while. But I saw the Strength workout and decided to just do that. 110 degrees outside today and I do not have the will to push past the hurt today.
Snatch: 130 lbs, completed 5 reps on the last minute
19:15 with 30lb med ball 20lb wall ball
Metcon- 3 rounds Rx’d. 101 heat at 4:30 was too much
Did three rounds globo gym to crowded
10:54 15 # med ball for both
13:21. I just guessed on the 200m, felt good though. It was a nice twist on Karen.
Wall balls were 30/30/30/20-10/10-10-10
