Much harder than I thought! Forearms are smoked!!!
Power clean 3 RM: 205 lbs.
Metcom: I thought it was like a ladder, I did 2 rounds @135, 2 rounds @155, 2 rounds @185, and 1 round @205! R’xd 17:01 killer!
That makes sense!! Maybe I did it wrong! Still a killer!
