for the 3-2-1 and 2-2-2-2-2-2 or 3-3-3-3-3-3 days is there a certain % of 1rm you should use or just go as heavy as possible?
Start at 75% and you will add each week until you cannot add any longer.
Back Squat: 235
Metcom: 12:30 R’xd
Back Squat: 290lb
Didn’t do the Metcon because I don’t have access to a rower and didn’t want to sub SDHP for it so hopefully going to get to do it tomorrow or Sat.
First Time did Box Squats- 1 Rm 305%
