  1. for the 3-2-1 and 2-2-2-2-2-2 or 3-3-3-3-3-3 days is there a certain % of 1rm you should use or just go as heavy as possible?

    Didn’t do the Metcon because I don’t have access to a rower and didn’t want to sub SDHP for it so hopefully going to get to do it tomorrow or Sat.
