Close grip = 210lbs
Metcon = 18:37 with 115lbs. What a beast of a workout!!

sorry if this has been answered previously, but is the 3-2-1 a cluster? i.e 3 reps at your 5rm rest 15-30 secs 2 reps, rest 15-30 secs 1 rep. rest and repeat 2 more times?
