Add 5# to last weeks weight

Metcon (Time)

22 Overhead squats (135/95)
22 Burpees
22 Thrusters (135/95)
22 Burpees
22 Hang squat cleans (135/95)
22 Burpees
22 Muscle ups

  1. Close Grip Bench Press, and later once Metcon, or do two workouts, CGBP morning Metcon afternoon?

    Metcon = 18:37 with 115lbs. What a beast of a workout!!

    Ring rows sub for muscle ups
    Barbell sub for weight on thrusters and hang squat cleans
    Air squats sub for overhead squats

    This was my FIRST CrossFit workout EVER!

  6. sorry if this has been answered previously, but is the 3-2-1 a cluster? i.e 3 reps at your 5rm rest 15-30 secs 2 reps, rest 15-30 secs 1 rep. rest and repeat 2 more times?
