  1. Need some help with the 2nd Metcon, is it just a 500m row with max effort? The cash out is what is throwing me off, also is there any kind of break between the 1st and 2nd Metcon. Thanks

  2. The cash out for the workout is the 500m row. Do it as soon as you can after the workout.
