    • 75% of 1rep Max, then 3 sets, set one: 3,2,1 set two: 3,2,1 set three: 3,2,1 all at same weight.

      • Sorry if im kinda confused. So that sounds like 3 sets of 6 @ 75% 1RM. Or If I rest in between the 3-2-1 then its 9 sets total. 3-2-1, then 3-2-1, then 3-2-1

  1. Do you take breaks between 3,2,1?

    i.e. 3 reps…..rest, 2 reps….rest,1 rep…..and do that 3 times?

  2. Yes in the past we have waited 30-45 seconds between the 3-2-1 and a minute to a minute and half between sets
