Subbed muscle ups with jumping bar muscle ups
5 rounds + 6 hang squat cleans
Snatch: 155 x 2, 165 x 1
Metcon: 4 rounds + 4 squat clean thrusters
Power Snatch: 150lb x 2
Metcon: 5 rounds = 5 squat clean thrusters
170 2RM snatch. (PR!) touch and go
5 full rnds and 1 sq clean thruster
Note: I scaled my muscle ups into pull ups because there was no where to do muscle ups.
Snatch 145#, 150#x1
155# Squat clean thruster
Scaled Muscle up to 3 Ring dips and 3 Pullups per Muscle up
4 rds 16 reps
