    Any recomendations to strengthen the wrist’s, the weight is not a problem for squating, but my wrists felt like they were about to fall apart?

    5’5” 145 lbs.

    Overhead squats and toes to bar are my weak links. Doing them together in a WOD was brutal, but just what the doctor ordered.
