    9:15.

    Had the event on in the background and it played through my speakers for some inspiration. Told myself I wanted to be under 10 minutes, and hearing the Regionals atmosphere really pushed me.

  2. I haven’t worked out in 5 days I was on Vacation. I drank way to much and ate crap food the whole time, so I needed to play some catch up.
