Zach’s Chipper

Partners can do any number of reps back and forth, but one working at a time.
Example: Partner 1 goes and does 20 lunges, partner 2 goes and does 20 lunges. Each partner will continue until each has completed all 100 lunges individually. Then move to double unders.

With Partner, 1 working at a time.
Each partner completes all rx’d reps

100 walking lunges (50 reps each leg)
(walking lunge with KB in front rack, knuckles touching, not locked together)
50 double unders
50 GHD situps
50 double unders
50 KB swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)
50 double unders
50 T2B
50 double unders
50 burpees
100 double unders
