  3. Haven’t maxed on front squat so just guesed at my percentages.
    135, 150, 165, 185×7
    Jackie=11:41 (Mark you got me, tore both hands yesterday doing
    toes 2 bars) rower took me 4:06.. hate that machine. Lol

  4. Front Squat: 240lb x 5
    Metcon: 9:25 (100 SDHP, 50 Thrusters, 15 Strict Pull Ups)

  5. 115, 135, 145, 155×5

    Metcon: 13:35. Last 15 pullups were with light resistance band. I’m kind of new to Crossfit and never done Jackie before. I like it, nice and simple, but depends on your engine.
