135lb squat clean. Got 3 on 155. 10 rds 1 burpee box jump
I’m assuming that this is supposes to be a 12 min AMRAP
that is correct
175# squat clean, did 3 and failed on 4th one
9 rounds 3 Burpee Box Jumps
A) Stayed light on worked on technique with 135×4 for a few sets. (YMCA Equipment)
B) 10rnds + 2 Burpee Box Jumps
245 Squat Clean
Saved some in the tank for a softball game tonight.
135×4, 155×4, 165×4, 170×4, 185×3
Metcon: 8rds, 9 BBJ, 3c2b.
201lb squat clean
Squat Clean: 201lb
Metcon: 10 Rounds + 6 Burpees
went pretty light on squat cleans 95lbs
and just started my round of 10 when the timer went off.
