  1. Hello CrossFit Mayhem,

    On the conditioning; is this a squat clean/jerk?

    • Power cleans, squat cleans, push jerk, split jerk are all acceptable. However, since it is an AMRAP I would recommend power clean and push Jerks for as long as you can maintain it.

    Comditioning:
    32 Reps RX

    135, 145, 155, 165, 175, 185 (f), 195 (f). attempted 195 again and got it.
    Conditioning: 36 reps as rxd
