What weight for thrusters?
What is the RX weight for thrusters and KB?
Thruster weight is just the barbell. We used 45lb men 35lb women. As for KB I used 1.5 / 1 pood
165(50%), 200(60%), 230(70%), 265(80%) x 8
RXd @ 391 reps
A) 135×3, 160×3, 190×3, 215×10, back down..
B) r1:126, r2:111, r3:112. Total:349
210 x 6
Only did 2 rds of Thruster, Swing and Burpees
Front Squat: 255lb x 9 reps
WOD: 252 reps
Front Squat 220lb x 10 reps
WOD: 432 reps
F. Sq: …. 185×8 …..
WOD: 80+90+96=266 reps.
Front Squat: 135, 155, 175, 200 x 8 back down
WOD: 100, 121, 113 = 334
