Wow. Had to pass on the cash out. 2 rnds burned me.
Look at its so hard.But i love it.How can i do Abmat Situps?Can I use the dumbbell do Thrusters?
did everything minus wall balls and thrusters. no weights around today. 101 burpee blast at the end just plain filthy fun. Total time 26min 18 sec
