  1. Power Clean: 235lb (Failed the 2nd rep on last set)
    WOD: 177lb (Rotated between push-ups, ring push-ups and ring dips) Didn’t finish 3 rounds of ring dips.

    Metcon 155PC 3rep t&g, 10pushups, emom15.

    • I worked up to 95 lbs on the sntechas, a new 1RM for me. I stuck the first try and it felt pretty good. I asked Dave to watch a few of my subsequent attempts and, of course, I miserably failed all the attempts he saw.All this recent wall ball has been paying off. I did the first 15 or so unbroken, I was only able to sting 4 or 5 together before today. I finished the wall ball in a little over 2 minutes. 160 double unders.
