How many reps on deadlifts and MU? What weight is a good one? 70-80 kg or more?
2-3-5 is this the reps?
One round is 2 reps, 3 reps, 5 reps of both movements. Choose a weight that is heavy, but not that you need to drop on every rep.
shoulder press #110 3 every 30 sec. 10 sets
instead did heavy set of 5-3-2 of DL #325-365-400
6 min amrap of muscle ups 20 reps
Shoulder press 100lb,
Metcon 295lb deadlift
Shoulder Press: 135lbs
AMRAP: 19 reps
