Thanks for the wod’s first off, on this wod do I work my way up to my two rep max on the squat snatch?
We always say to just work up to a heavy set of 2. You don’t have to keep going until you find your max but you should end up there or close to it.
Thank for this WOD.But how can I do shoudler to overhand?
You can do a press, push press or push jerk. Whatever you can to get it from shoulder to overhead. Any method you like.
