  1. Thanks for the wod’s first off, on this wod do I work my way up to my two rep max on the squat snatch?

    • We always say to just work up to a heavy set of 2. You don’t have to keep going until you find your max but you should end up there or close to it.

    • You can do a press, push press or push jerk. Whatever you can to get it from shoulder to overhead. Any method you like.
