    4 rounds + 10 hang cleans +400m

    Before the workout I did 4 rep max power clean

    185# 205 for 2 reps

    31m/ 181# / Texas

  3. Did DL in the 3-2-1 scheme for 3 rounds (365#)

    Ran 400m instead of 200 to try to get some more cardio

    3 rounds plus 10 HC+400m run
