I can’t do all the movements as prescribed, so this is what I did today.
BW Bench (215) EMOM for 10 minutes 3 reps
Karen – 150 Wall ball shots – 9:35
270 Single Unders
30 Dips on Dip machine
Only have 15lb med ball
Did 175 wall ball
legs are rocked
