Strength
Front Squat
Using sets of 5, 4, 3, 2 work up to 80% of 1rm (rest about 1 min between each set)
Then do 3 sets of 3,2,1 reps at 80%. (3,2,1 is one set – rest between each rep set – approx 45sec-1min, then rest between full sets)

fran: 6: something. my pr is 5:08 so you can see i was off pace.
rather dissappointed in this today. no where near my pr. ive had an upper respiratory problem for 3 months now. wake up every day with stuffy nose. feel fine when i go to bed. wake up stuffy again. cant wait till the weather breaks to be able to open up the windows and get fresh air in the house. -

New Fran PR – 4:08…first time in three years of CrossFit that I got the thrusters completely unbroken.
