Should we do this on a 5 minute running clock like last time?
My bad… yes… 5 min clock. Sorry. They added that after I put up the post apparently.
What do you mean by 5 min clock?
Is that the total time or time between sets?
That means each round starts every 5 minutes. So rounds begin at 0, 5, 10, 15, 20. Hope that helps!

Are the sets supposed to be unbroken? Or can we break and go back at it during the 5 min? Thanks.
Each time you do the bench and each time you do pullups, those must be unbroken to count for Max reps. As for the round, start a new one every 5 minutes. I hope that is clear.
