  1. PC: 155# 1-7 and 165# 8-10

    Metcon: 5 round + 7 OHS scaled to 95 as OHS are not something I have practiced a lot. They felt good, the TTB are another story.

    Metcon – OHS @ 115#

  3. pc otm: 205 for 3 min 215 for 3 min 225 for 3 min and last min tried 245 as many full clean and jerks as possible got 3.

    metcon 4 complete rounds as rx’d. should of scaled the ohs. my overhead squat blows which causes my clean to blow.

  4. PC: 155 lbs. all rounds
    Metcon: 5 rounds (scaled to 95 lbs. on OHS)
    IBP: 135, 155, 175, 185 x 7
