  1. Hang Snatch: Sets of 3 @ 135, sets of 2 @ 145, Sets of 1 @ 155

    Metcon: 6 rounds + 2 deadlifts (Rx’d)

    • Haha! I noticed you did the tougher workout. I think some of our guys are still going to do 315, but lowered it for getting more work done. :) Nice job though! Impressive!!! :)

  2. Hang Snatch: Went up from 115 to 151.

    Metcon: 5rds + 5 Deadlifts / 5 burpees. Rx (275)

  3. Hang Snatch: 95-95-105-115-115-125-135-135-135

    1st time ever getting 135 in snatch. Number 2 was terrible form but going it overhead.

    Metcon: Scalled to 225 and did burpee jump or bench.

    7 rounds + 5 DL + 7 Burpees

    8 rounds + 1 dl had to do burpee over bench jumps instead didnt have a box. i made sure to do a tuck jump over bench so i knew that my feet were at least 24 in off ground.
