I started CrossFit two months ago, and I have lost 20lbs and 3in off my waist! I am fortunate enough to be deployed and train with three level one instructors, and a few other guys that push me to keep moving forward. Thanks from “Mayhem Afghanistan!”

Metcon: 5 rounds and 12 FS
harder than it looked.
Metcon: 6 rds plus 10 Burpees
15 rds + 5 fs
Metcon: 5 rounds plus 18 fs
man my legs were a shaken. i thought i would fly through the front squats and have to rest on the burpees. I was wrong again of course. I was able to burpees unbroken and had to break up the last two round of fs.
5 rds + 5 fs
Squats @ 185 x 5 for 10 min
Metcon: 4 Rds + 15 FS & 8 Burpees
65#BS, 15rds + 9 reps 70#FS
125# back squat
21+ 8 front squats
