  1. Hi, if I am doing this WOD at home by myself, what would be the best way to adjust it for one person? Please, and thank you!

    • Sorry for the late response. I suppose you could give yourself a set number of reps on those things if you like and cut the time down for the buy-in and cash-out.
      So… buy-in/cash-out – either set number of reps or 2-3 minutes max reps.
      For the AMRAPs – just do a set number on the lifts. Maybe 5-10 of each? I hadn’t really thought how to break that one down for an individual honestly. 🙂

    Pretty close to throwing up my lunch on the thrusters.
