      Yes I believe it is. That’s what we have been working off of for a couple of weeks

  1. TMac – about 5 minutes. Enough time to clean up or reload bars (if necessary) and we use the time to explain the workout standards and movements too.

  2. 275 first 9 min 285 last min
    should have went heavier but first day back from 2 week illness

    8 full rounds + 9 pull ups
