Is that 80% of 1 rm?
Yes I believe it is. That’s what we have been working off of for a couple of weeks

MetCon: 15 Rounds right as the clock hit 15 minutes.. So stoked!!

How much time do u take between the strength wod and the the AMRAP?
TMac – about 5 minutes. Enough time to clean up or reload bars (if necessary) and we use the time to explain the workout standards and movements too.
