  1. Is Lynn separate than the running clock 5min part? If so does that mean the second wod is 45min. Second wod…

    • Do Lynne using a 5 minute running clock where you do bench on 0 and then pullups on 5 and keep doing that.

  2. Did this exact workout a couple days ago.
    Bodyweight: 175#
    Bench at 185#

    Bench: 17, 15, 12, 11, 9
    Puulups: 30, 27, 27, 27, 27

    • i think it just means that you set a continous running clock.

start with bench press, then at the 5 min mark do your pullups, then at 10 min mark do bench, then pullups at 15, etc…continue until you have done 5 sets of each and record your numbers for each set.

hope that helps. please correct me if i’m wrong

  3. short on time so i switched to 3 minute intervals.

also subbed ring dips with 25 lb vest (i don’t own a bench)
    did strict pullups

    dips – 12, 13, 12, 12, 13
    pullups – 13, 13, 10, 10, 10

  4. I did the 3 minute intervals also to finish over my lunch hour

    BW: 215
BP: 200 – I wanted to make sure I could get 10 reps the first set

    BP: 10 – 10 -7 – 7 – 6
    PU: 8 – 8 -7 – 6 – 6

Pull ups need lots of work, need to kip better and keep it going.

  5. 6’2” 200lbs

    I did 4 min. rotations.
    200 Bench: 16-15-15-13-12
    Pull ups: 15-15-14-14-13

  6. 5’11” 187lbs

I had replaced wall balls with push ups yesterday so I picked a different angle and substituted the BP with Ring PMP PUs (Psudo Maltese Planche Push Ups). I was also short on time so I laddered down by one minute every two rotations in order to finish in 30 minutes and experience varied intensities. My hands are messed up so I am stuck with a false grip everything (basically).

    Rest, 5min-4min-3min-2min-1min
    Ring PMP PUs 6-7-4-4-1
    False Grip L-Sit/Pull up 7-11-3-3-1

  7. Snatch went 95-95-95-95-105-105-115

High hang is a major weakness

    Today’s
    Bench 175 (15,15,13,11,10)
    Strict pull-ups (13,13,12,11,11)
