  1. Unrelated question but my workout partner and I wanted to do one of your previous posted team workouts. What is the Mayhem 400? Is it just a 400m run or is their more to it?

    • Ahh… the Mayhem 400 was the loop around the building. I didn’t know the actual distance so called it the Mayhem 400. It was actually closer to 700m I do believe. 🙂

  2. So I have just started back with crosssfit. I have done this weeks wods RX. I was wondering if I could rely on these to improve my running. Or will there be wods with running in them. I hate running but I know in order to get better at something you must practice good at it. Thank you! Love the site. Who actually develops these workouts!?

    • As for running, yes we do have workouts with running. We did a partner run/burpee workout last weekend. You can always incorporate running into your weekly routine. Or do some sprint work or that type of thing to help improve your running.

      Rich does the programming. Every now and then he gives us the reigns to come up with a couple… but he pretty much does the regular programming.

    pretty proud that I did all the cleans and burpees unbroken, rested between sets probably too much. Got to work on keep going.
