  1. no rower so plan was to run 5K, quads hurt from Monday still so shortened to 2 miles. Ran in about 20 minutes.

    took about 18 minutes to complete the GHD situps and back extensions.

  2. Kept each round to 3:50. Tested out the resistance level and settled in at 8.
    Great WOD after those lunges a couple days back.

    Ghd/back ext was tough after the row.
