Très bon WOD !! Bien construit !! Intérressant
no rower so plan was to run 5K, quads hurt from Monday still so shortened to 2 miles. Ran in about 20 minutes.
took about 18 minutes to complete the GHD situps and back extensions.
4:06, 4:03, 3:57, 3:55, 3:53
Kept each round to 3:50. Tested out the resistance level and settled in at 8.
Great WOD after those lunges a couple days back.
That was not very fun lol!

Ghd/back ext was tough after the row.
Underestimated this WOD for sure…
