    Toes-to-bar killed me. lung burner for sure.

    No ring dips for me. Did those as a cashout yesterday actually.

  2. Didn’t do the strength portion, did my Olympic Deload… MetCon: RX’d @ 6:53. Liked this one a lot. Also Lauren, got my letter and Christmas presents in today! 🙂 Thanks a ton! I really appreciate it. For my birthday I got the Original shirt and decal in AND got registered for a CrossFit Level 1 in May! Getting that in today was totally unexpected! Again, thank you so much!

    Metcon – scaled PJ @115. Not good enough at TTB or KTE, so sub inclined situps. Still took me 11:40. Need to get stronger in the core for sure.
